Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a great option for families with children due to the connecting rooms. The room size was bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, but a bit cramped with the 4 single beds. The proximity to the train station going to Disneyland and Disneysea was a major plus, although there was confusion about the birthday design for the 3-day passport.
The hotel at Okura Tokyo Bay was both a delightful and cramped experience. The rooms were stocked with a complimentary Teapot and Tea, a nice touch for tea lovers, yet very cramped with four single beds. The service at Fontana was exceptional, with staff who were just so helpful and genuinely caring, providing a lovely quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect for easy access to the Disney parks, making it very convenient for those visiting the theme parks and the gateway to adventure. However, the dining experience fell short with poor quality and expensive meals, leading guests to dine elsewhere. Despite these aspects, the hotel stands out for its dedicated service and strategic location.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Tokyo Disneyland and easy access to the monorail station. The rooms are spacious with a view of Tokyo Bay and include large bathrooms, perfect for families. The service is reliable and helpful, although the breakfast staff could be friendlier. The dining options are varied but could be more affordable, especially late at night. Overall, a convenient choice for Disney visits.
Wow, this hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, even deodorised specially for us since there were no non-smoking rooms available. Although the room was half the size shown during booking, it was still very spacious.
The hotel offered an average room that was comfortable but quite hot at times. It provided all the necessary amenities, making the stay convenient. The service was excellent for the most part, professional, and efficient, though there were some minor areas for improvement. The location was very suitable for visiting Disney as it was conveniently placed opposite the station with easy access to theme parks and shopping areas. The dining experience was a mix of Western and Japanese options, with some inconsistency in quality. Overall, a decent option with room for enhancement.
The hotel rooms were spotless, beautiful, and had a very soft, luxurious vibe to them. They were spacious and clean, located on the second floor. The service was incredibly kind and apologetic, happy to accommodate our luggage and courteous, with a good understanding of English. The location, despite ongoing construction nearby, was great within the Disneyland area and easy to access the park. The dining options were nice with lots of variety, offering a great selection. The facilities were well-maintained.
